Milk products have long occupied an important place in the diet of the Kyrgyz and today, also, various dairy products and dishes are popular in Kyrgyzstan. Moreover, at the present time, it is possible to enrich their taste with different flavourings, from piquant herbs to fruit syrups. 




Ingredients: Whole milk – 1 liter, starter culture – 3-4 table spoons.

This recipe is for 4-6 people.




  

Method:
 

Step 1. Heat milk to room temperature (about 30-35°).










Step 2. Pour the warm milk into a glass or porcelain vessel. Add the starter culture. Cover the vessel with a lid and put in a warm place. Leave for 8-10 hours, make sure that the milk is warm.


Tip
: After adding the starter culture, it is recommended to place
immediately the vessel with the milk in a warm place, without stirring.
